Hobbypocket is a range of original handcrafted sock toys with adorable facial expressions uniquely designed by me . No two are ever the same, even if I make more than one from the same style of sock.

Material:
These adorable sock toys are handmade out of a wide variety of new socks and super soft polyester filling fibre (BS5852 compliant).

Presentation:
A Gift bag (colour random) comes with each sock toy purchased. Gift bags are hand made from high quality wool craft felt.

Ordering and payments
When your order has been received and it will be processed once the payment has been confirmed. (We don't hold the items for you if you don't pay them ).

Shipping:
Your order will ship within 3 working days after payment has been confirmed. I will let you know if there is any delay. All Hobbypocket sock toys are sent by First Class delivery. Delivery should take 4-7 working days in UK, and about 10 working days rest of the world.

Delivery fees for UK area:

• First Class Small packet £3.00
• First Class Recorded Signed for Small packet £5.00

Delivery fees for Rest of the World:

• Air mail Small packet £5.00

Returns and refunds
All Hobbypocket sock toys are made with the utmost care and attention. Due to the nature of patterned socks, some small threads may protrude and should not be considered a defect. However, if you are not happy with your Hobbypocket sock toys, please contact me via email to discuss repair and/or replacement.

When a return for replacement/repair or refund has been agreed with you, you must send the item in its original packaging by First Class Recorded Delivery. Postage is non refundable.

Sock toys can be hand-washed with care using warm water. Hobbypocket cannot be held responsible for damage sustained through inappropriate use or inappropriate cleaning methods.

Important Information
Hobbypocket sock toys are collectable. Please note that some of sock toys are not suitable as toys for small children due to small parts or removable items (in some cases).
